On the 22nd of November, a new information centre is to be inaugurated at Prague’s Vyšehrad castle. The head of the National Cultural Monument, Vyšehrad František Stádník, invites you to the opening. The new infocentre will be situated at the “Cihelná brána” gate.

Brick gate, or “Cihelná brána” also hosts a long-term exposition on the role of the Vyšehrad castle in the history of Prague’s fortification. The new information centre will complement the current infocentre “Špička”, offering, among other things, souvenirs, publications, and refreshments.

The public inauguration of the new infocentre starts at 5 p.m. To get to the “Cihelná brána” gate, go through “Vratislavova” street. If using public transport, you can take a tram to the “Výtoň” tram station and then walk.
