The Prague Proms 2025 festival will open on May 8 in the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House with a special concert and visual projection, “Heroes in Pictures.” This moving event pays tribute to the heroes and participants of World War II who fought in some of the most challenging battles in history. The opening concert will feature the Czech National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Steven Mercurio.

Following the opening, the festival will present an exciting and varied program. Audiences can look forward to the unconventional brass ensemble Mnozil Brass, the acclaimed Prague Guitar Quartet, the ever-popular Hollywood Night, and many more performances spanning classical, jazz, and film music. The festival will conclude on October 11 with a special concert by the exceptional American singer Valerie Kippen, who will present jazz standards in her program “All About Love.”

Tickets for all concerts can be purchased at the official festival website.
